Overview
StuRents allows you to let your rooms individually.
Typically, demand for clusters (3+ bed properties) significantly declines after February while demand for one-bed properties and studios remains strong. To optimise your bookings at this point in the lettings season make sure that you've set 'let individual' to 'yes' in the StuRents platform.
On the Listings dashboard, click on the actions menu [...] of a listing to see more options.
Select Edit.
Scroll down to the Rooms section where you can control the list of your house rooms.
Set Rooms let individually to Yes.
Save the changes at the bottom of the page.
