If you would like to make an enquiry, you will need to use the Contact us button on the listing.

All enquiries go directly to the property manager or landlord.

You will need a StuRents account to make enquiries. If you do not have one, you will be prompted to create one before sending your first message or call.

Enquiry message

  1. Click the Contact us button, then click the Message option.

  2. Confirm your name and phone number, and enter your message.

    • Select the type of enquiry from the drop-down list.

  3. Click Send Enquiry.

Enquiry call

  1. Click the Contact us button, then click the Call option.

  2. Enter and confirm the number you intend on calling from.

    • If you’re calling from an international number, please make sure you include your country’s dialling code.

  3. Click Show Number.

    • The generated number will be valid for 1 hour. If you wish to call later, you will need to generate another number.

    • If the phone number you entered (the one you call from) is incorrect, you will hear an automated error message when you attempt to call the generated number.
