Overview

You can set up the Direct Debit mandate on the Billing page within your account.

An active Direct Debit mandate is required if you:

  • Collect tenancy or rent payments on StuRents.

  • Protect deposits with My|deposits (Insurance) via StuRents.

  • Reference tenants and guarantors as part of the contract signing process.

The Direct Debit mandate can also be used for Marketing and Operations subscription plans.
