Overview
If you selected and paid for Deposit Alternative, you will receive an email from Westfield Health once your contract is fully signed by all parties.
This email allows you to register for a new Westfield Health account. After the account is registered, you can get access to the Westfield Rewards and DoctorLine.
If you have already registered and activated your accounts, you can login at anytime.
