If your contract cancellation process was initiated, you will receive an email with the topic 'Tenancy contract cancellation request'.
1. To accept your contract cancellation go to your account in My house > Tenancy documents section.
2. Scroll down and see the effective date of the cancellation.
3. Click Accept Cancellation.
