Choose your bank

If your tenancy is deleted before being fully signed, or you have accidentally paid your rent payment directly to us - you may need to send us documentation in order for the refund to be processed.

We require 1 document, a bank statement or transaction extract that is clearly showing:

  1. Account holder's name

  2. Account number

  3. Sort code

  4. Original transaction for which a refund has been requested
