Overview

You have the option to create a Deed of Assignment for a fully signed tenancy. The Deed of Assignment is an amendment to the tenancy that allows you to replace one or more tenants. 

A Deed of Assignment can only be created for a tenancy that: 

  • Is not in the process of being replaced. 

  • Is not in the process of being cancelled. 

  • Has at least 2 tenants, with at least 1 tenant staying on.

  • Your Operations plan is set to Pro or Business
